About the Role
Lead formulation programs for next-generation structural and specialty polymers. You will design chain architectures, run DOE campaigns, and translate lab results into manufacturable compounds. You will partner with process engineering and customer teams to define performance targets and validation plans.
Requirements
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Materials Engineering • 3+ years in polymer formulation or compounding • Experience with thermal analysis, rheology, and mechanical testing • Clear technical writing and cross-functional collaboration
